Dr. Bertha Robinson

is an author, educator, speaker, and founder whose work helps people better understand themselves and become more intentional about how they grow, work, lead, and live.

Dr. Robinson earned a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakwood University. Her background in psychology, business, education, and leadership shapes her approach to personal and professional growth.

As the founder of Butterfly Consultants, Dr. Robinson has created a body of work that includes LOVE Is Me™ and the Butterfly Framework™ Identity Transformation Cycle, along with books, reflection journals, workshops, and educational experiences.
